Telehealth can provide a connection between you and your provider, even when you are unable to make it to our physical location.
Our Telehealth appointments are conducted through Zoom so your healthcare can be delivered to you in the comfort of your home.
Who is eligible to use Telehealth at PrairieStar?
Anyone and everyone are welcome to use Telehealth.
How will I go to my Telehealth appointment?
On the day of your appointment, a staff member will call you a few minutes before your scheduled time and talk you through the steps to connect you with your provider.
How can I schedule my Telehealth appointment?
You will need to call PrairieStar to schedule your Telehealth appointment. For Medical, Pediatrics, or Mental Health, please call PrairieStar at (620.663.8484) and make your appointment.
For Dental appointments, please call PrairieStar at (620.802.0090) and make your appointment.
For Vision appointments, please call PrairieStar at (620.802.0051) and make your appointment.
If you are a NEW PATIENT and need a provider, just call in for an appointment and paperwork will be mailed.
